Roberto Gutierrez –<\/strong>\u00a0 Mesmo que os deputados e Senadores consigam criar a lei para mudar o Foro Privilegiado, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jair Messias Bolsonaro continuar\u00e1 igual. O processo dele permanecer\u00e1 no STF. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 o dele, mas, de muitos parlamentares cujos processos estejam em vias de julgamento.<\/p>\n

Compreenda que, em se mudando o Foro Privilegiado, cria-se tamb\u00e9m uma diverg\u00eancia sobre leitura da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o. Sendo assim, caber\u00e1 ao Supremo decidir sobre essa diverg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Ali\u00e1s, todas as mat\u00e9rias sobre d\u00favidas quanto \u00e0 constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00f3 cabe ao supremo arbitrar sobre isso. Tentar mudar a imunidade com vistas ao crime, n\u00e3o significa mudar o foro, mas, ferir a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
